Proper nutrition is not only essential for maintaining a horse’s physical strength and energy levels but also plays a pivotal role in their emotional well-being.
Dr. Sarah White, a native Texan from Round Rock, attended Texas A&M for both her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She went on to complete an internship at Oakridge Equine Hospital and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. White finished her large animal surgery residency training at Texas A&M. She will answer questions about equine health and nutrition to keep your horse at its best!
Jeff Prokop, our residential Purina Animal Nutrition specialist, will join her to help answer any questions you have about the equine feed and supplements available at the store. (Take a look at some here.)
